Peabiru road leads to a submerged city

Analyzing the data we have:
1)Near Tiwanaku, to the Fuenta magna, was discovered a vase with Sumerian inscriptions
2)The Peabirù road starts from potosi, the largest argentiferous deposit in the world, and ends on the Brazilian coast of the Brazilian states of São Paulo and Santa Catarina
3)The Guarani, a population of the south central Amazon , reports that this road was built before the flood by the god Sumè(r?)
We know that before the last flood(5500b.c.), the sea level was lower than the current level (25-40 meters) then
it is obvious that on the seabed, in the Brazilian states of São Paulo and Santa Catarina, there be at least a submerged city.
